Sanjay Jain
Founder, President and CEO
A career entrepreneur, Sanjay Jain has worked at and started several technology companies. He has successfully developed DataLinx into a profitable multi-million dollar Technology Services company. He provides systems and technology strategy advice to senior Executives at Fortune 50 companies. He has diverse hands-on experience in the development and implementation of Enterprise solutions, architectures and strategies for various industries such as Telecom, Government, Health, Financial and Insurance. Sanjay provides architecture leadership to leading telecommunication companies in defining and implementing OSS solutions to address the needs of advanced services on Next Gen Network Technologies. Sanjay has a BSE in Chemical Engineering and a MS in Computer Science.

Tony Amato
Managing Director, WorkForce Management and Network Operations Strategy and Solutions
Tony Amato brings 35 years of experience in the telecommunications industry to DataLinx. Through the years Tony has held several positions at large ILECs including Area Operations Manager for the Manhattan Dispatch Center, Director of NY Special Services I&M, Director Operations Staff responsible for Work Force Management and Service Assurance systems, and IT Director responsible for Mobile Access and Work Force Management System Development. Tony is an expert in Mobile Access technologies and has spearheaded WorkForce Management installations for US and International Telecom providers. Tony has been involved in WorkForce Management Evaluations and Implementations for New York Telephone, NYNEX, Bell Atlantic, Verizon, Saudi Telecom, New Zealand Telecom, British Telecom, Sprint and MTS. He holds a BS degree in Business Administration, an MS degree in Computer Science and is currently pursuing his Doctorate in Organizational Management. Tony holds two patents, one on Integrated OSP Testing, and one addressing WFM Process Efficiencies through Job Decomposition.

Hamid Modarressi
Managing Director, Advanced Services and Architecture Strategy and Solutions
Hamid Modarressi has over 20 years experience in telecommunications, primarily in computer software development, systems integration and telecommunications networking. He has extensive experience in directing, building, staffing and integrating large IT organizations, and managing complex software development projects. Some of Hamid’s operational experience includes managing large data centers running multiple critical business applications in a 24X7 operational environment. He is specialized in meeting bottom- line business objectives including efficiency/productivity, cost reduction and delivery speed. Hamid was one of the founders and the CIO of Everest Broadband Networks where he directed the planning, development and implementation of the systems infrastructure for the company. Hamid served as the Vice President and CIO of Bell Atlantic Global Networks, Inc., where he was responsible for implementation of Bell Atlantic’s long distance Operations Support Systems and the Data Solutions Group systems infrastructure. He served as the Executive Director at NYNEX Science & Technology organization where he was in charge of development of advanced Network Management and Engineering Systems for ATM, Frame Relay and SONET networks. Hamid holds a BSEE and an MBA both from Columbia University.

Tom Wise
Managing Director, OSS & BSS Strategy and Solutions
With almost 20 years of experience in telecommunications, Tom Wise brings expert systems integration and large-scale program management skills to DataLinx. Tom joined DataLinx in 2004 as Managing Director of the eOSS and Customer Relationship Management practices, focused on growing the systems integration business and expanding the DataLinx footprint into new major accounts. Since arriving at DataLinx Tom has targeted and acquired another communications consulting company and has opened operations in several new major accounts including the company’s initial venture into international markets. Prior to DataLinx, Tom worked at Bell Atlantic, where he held various staff assignments at the supervisory and management levels. Tom moved into IT at Bellcore which later became Telcordia, where he fine-tuned his expertise in end-to-end solution design and implementation. At Telcordia, Tom led the architecture and implementation of Telcordia’s first major NGN OSS deployment for DSL, ATM, and Frame Relay services. This solution included major design, data migration, and system integration challenges such as integrating with EMS’s which could not support the volume of inter-system traffic being generated. Tom’s team then led the system integration efforts for the spinoff of a DLEC subsidiary and launched the company on-time to avoid FCC fines. Tom holds a BSEE from The Pennsylvania State University.

Naresh Ayyala
Vice President, Service Delivery and Fulfillment
Naresh Ayyala has more than 20 years of technical sales and support experience. In his current role at DataLinx he is part of the seasoned executive team that provides strategic direction and leadership. His past experience includes more than 15 years of experience in IT sales and service delivery for large customers and his current focus is to develop the opportunities created by consolidation and convergence in the North American cable, wireline and wireless sectors. Naresh has well rounded experience in both strategic and tactical sales and is very experienced in opening and growing large accounts and putting in place the infrastructure to scale. He excels in building deep customer relationships and is very passionate about service quality and delivery, bringing innovative ideas to the service delivery models. Naresh has expertise that spans all facets of the IT services industry specifically in operations, projects, staff augmentation, outsourcing and recruiting. Naresh has a BSEE and an MBA from the University of Oklahoma.
