DataLinx exhibited at The National Show, the largest U.S. event for the cable telecommunications industry. During the three-day exhibit DataLinx met with cable providers and others involved in the cable entertainment industry. DataLinx is currently working with a number of MSOs on various consulting projects.

Along with partners Itronix and Spirent, DataLinx recently exhibited at TelecomNEXT. The three companies are collaborating to integrate end-to-end managed solutions for optimized field service delivery. “Enabling the Tech of the Future” was the theme promoted by all three partners, which highlighted an end-to-end solution featuring rugged
wireless field technician computing solutions, real-time job assignment and tracking of sub-tasks, a seamless integrated solution for in-home and network installation and maintenance and automated closeout testing. The benefits of this combined approach include lower total cost of equipment ownership, better administration and management of field force, consistent process for quality control and productivity, reduced cost of test equipment, reduced truck rolls, decreased average dispatch to completion time and reduced support center calls. The three companies will be showing their solution again at GlobalComm 2006, June 4-8 in Chicago.
